You have the right to request deletion of your groceri account and all associated personal data. Please read the information below before submitting your request.
Once your account is deleted, your order history, saved addresses, and payment information cannot be recovered. Make sure you have noted any information you may need before requesting deletion.
We aim to complete all deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address once your data has been fully removed from our systems.

We've logged your deletion request and will send a confirmation to your email address within 24 hours. Processing is completed within 30 days.
Launch the app on your Android device and make sure you're signed in to your account.
Tap the profile icon (๐ค) in the bottom navigation bar to open your account settings.
Scroll down and tap "Settings" or the gear icon to access account management options.
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and select "Delete Account." You'll be asked to confirm with your OTP.
Enter the OTP sent to your phone and confirm. Your deletion request will be submitted immediately.
Send your deletion request to hello@groceree.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number. Our team will process it within 30 days.
