Open the groceri app and tap "My Orders" from the home screen or the bottom navigation. Select your active order to see live tracking with the delivery partner's location on a map, and an estimated arrival time.
What payment methods does groceri accept?

We support UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Simply choose your preferred method at checkout.
I received a wrong or damaged item. What should I do?

Open the groceri app → My Orders → select the order → tap "Report an Issue." Describe the problem and attach a photo if possible. Our team will review your report within a few hours and process a refund or replacement within 24–48 hours.
How long does a refund take?

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. UPI refunds are usually faster (1–2 business days). Cash on Delivery refunds are issued as in-app credits.
Can I cancel my order?
▾
You can cancel an order within a few minutes of placing it, before it is accepted for packing. Open the app → My Orders → select the order → "Cancel Order." Once packing begins, cancellation may not be possible. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
How do I delete my groceri account?

You can request account and data deletion directly from our Account Deletion page. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once complete.
How do I update my delivery address?
▾
Open the groceri app → tap the profile icon → "Saved Addresses" → add a new address or edit an existing one. You can also add or select a different address at checkout.
What are groceri's delivery hours?
▾
Delivery hours vary by location. Most areas are served from 7 AM to 10 PM. Open the app to see current availability in your area. We're working on extending hours as we grow.
