Usually 45–55 minutes from the moment you place the order. Busy evenings and bad weather push it longer — you'll see the rider moving on the map either way, so you're never left wondering.
Urun-Ishwarpur, Maharashtra. That's the only area right now. The app checks your address against the delivery zone before you can place an order.
No minimum. Delivery is free on orders over ₹199. Below that a delivery fee applies and it's shown in your cart before you pay — nothing gets added at the end.
Two routes. Pay online at checkout by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. Or choose cash on delivery, and pay the rider at your door in cash or by UPI. Card payments aren't possible at the door.
Yes. Open the orders tab and you'll see your rider's live position on the map, updating as they move.
Free cancellation within 2 minutes of placing the order. After that it may already be packed, so a charge can apply. If nobody accepts your order within 15 minutes, it cancels itself and you're refunded in full.
Report it in the app within 24 hours of delivery. We review it and come back with a refund or a replacement. Full detail sits in our refund policy.
